Start off the tour with an exclusive private visit to Leeds Castle and learn about this idyllic historic building that dates back over 900 years. Set within 500 acres of parkland, surrounded by a defensive moat, it’s a quintessentially English castle and was once home to Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. Enjoy a guided tour and learn about the day to day life of the Tudors – and even try a glass of traditional mead, too!

Next stop after Leeds Castle is the medieval city of Canterbury to discover its stunning Canterbury Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in England. This Gothic building boats stunning stained glass windows, underground crypt and it welcomes thousands of visitors and pilgrims a year who flock to admire this historic cathedral. Be awed by the huge nave and take in its rich history and dark secrets…

The White Cliffs of Dover offer some of the most breath-taking scenery in England so make sure you take a camera when taking in this rugged coast line. Don’t miss the neighbouring 11th century Dover Castle on the way past, either.

The coach will then take you down to Greenwich, one of the most unique London boroughs south of the River Thames and home to the Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum. Here you’ll hop on a Thames River Boat to complete your exciting day of sightseeing, passing Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral before mooring at Embankment Pier at around 6.30pm.

A light lunch is included.
